Ordering your personalized MemoBust is easy! Follow these steps:

• Upload Photos
  Upload 1-5 high-quality photos of your loved one.
  💡 Tip: Be sure to include at least one clear front-facing photo for the best results.
• We Handle the Rest
  Our expert designers will use your photos to create a lifelike 3D model, which will then be crafted with precision 3D printing.

• Clear Front-Facing Photo (Mandatory)
  A clear, high-quality photo of the person's face from the front is required. Avoid blurry photos or other face obstructions.
• Additional Reference Photos (Optional)
  Side or angled photos can help us better observe and capture the person’s features.
• Photo Quality Matters
  If the photos don’t meet the requirements, we won’t be able to create the bust. In such cases, we’ll contact you via the email provided at checkout.

• Production Time: As each MemoBust is handcrafted, we need up to 25 days to complete your order.
• Shipping Time: Worldwide shipping takes approximately 7-15 business days.
• Coverage: We ship to customers globally!

Returns & Refunds

• Refund Window: You can request a refund within 2 days after placing your order, before we begin production.
• Custom Product Policy: Once production starts, refunds cannot be issued, as the item is custom-made.
